Our 2024 Board of Directors has the same commitment and is working diligently on behalf of every owner of our community regardless of whether you own one lot or ten.

When I agreed to become President, I insisted on full transparency to all owners, open communication, and a commitment that everyone is heard.

Our board has embraced that philosophy and each one of us is always available to the owners within the community. We’ve got a lot of projects in the community, upgrades and great things taking place.

Our website will continue to be developed, a new payment portal, access to community documents and everything that owners have asked for over the years.

Key By The Sea is truly a special place that we all love and on behalf of the Board Of Directors and myself I sincerely thank you for being a part of the KBTS family.
